Our mobile bar hire services are available throughout the Yorkshire region for corporate events, galas, garden parties, weddings, anniversaries, private parties, festivals, summer fetes, charity fundraisers, community events and other special occasions.
We provide a fully staffed bar for indoor and outdoor locations, serving cold beer, lager, cider, gin, vodka, rum, wine and soft drinks. Several mobile bar options are available, allowing us to create the right setup for events large and small.

Mobile bar hire prices
Clear pricing based on the size, location and type of event.
Private and corporate events
There is an upfront non-refundable fee to secure our popup bar for your event. This depends on the duration, size and location. For example, an event with 100 guests, lasting 4 hours, with electric onsite and within 10 miles of Castleford would be £250 plus VAT.
Large festivals
For large music, food and drink festivals, there may be no upfront cost. We can agree a percentage of takings at the time of booking. If you would like us to serve craft beer only, please let us know.
Charity and community events
For larger fundraising events, there may be no upfront cost and we can donate a percentage of takings after costs. Smaller events may require an upfront fee depending on the expected turnover.
Licence and insurance
Practical support before the event.
The premises or location where alcohol is served must have the correct licence in place for the duration of the event. If the premises already has a licence, we will require a copy at least 1 month before the event date.
If an alcohol licence is required, we can apply for it on your behalf. The fee is £21, charged at cost price with no extra charge for this service.

Please note that for small or first time events a bar cover fee may be required which is refundable in full, part or not at all, dependant on the agreed amount being taken by us at your event.
